Dishwasher Magic

Q. The bottle claims it disinfects, what does Dishwasher Magic disinfect?
A.
Dishwasher Magic is an effective disinfectant against salmonella and e-coli (gram-negative bacteria).

Q. My dishwasher is not working as well as it should what could be causing the problem?
A.
If your water is hard, mineral deposits may have built up in the water jets. These deposits reduce the force and volume of water causing a dishwasher to work less effectively. Dishwasher Magic will remove these deposits restoring cleaning efficiency.

Q. The wax plug will not melt, now what?
A.
The water in the dishwasher needs to reach at least 125 degrees to melt the wax plug. If the wax is not melting, the water in the dishwasher is not getting hot enough. Try running the faucet nearest the dishwasher until the water runs hot, then start the dishwasher so it is filling with hot water from the begining. If the problem continues, check your water heater to be sure it is set at the proper temperature (this temperature is recommended to effectively clean your dishes).

Q. Can I use this product with the new stainless steel dishwashers?

Q. What exactly does Dishwasher Magic do in a dishwasher?
A.
Dishwasher Magic benefits you and your dishwasher in two ways
1) Removes build-up
2) Disinfecting to kill harmful bacteria
Dishwasher Magic cleans the food oils, minerals, and soap build-up from the filter screen, pump, and jets. This build-up starves the pump of the water supply needed to effectively clean the dishes. Dishwasher Magic’s disinfection properties kill harmful gram negative bacteria like e-coli & salmonella. No other dishwasher cleaner both cleans and disinfects your dishwasher.
